Price per option including all relevant support and start-up products and equipment needed to start operations:
Site selection and analysis
Negotiation on rent / land lease / purchase and construction according to Sparkling specifications with landlord as applicable to option
Auto body repair, car wash, auto detailing & web café equipment, start-up products & chemicals as applicable to the option
Corporate wear per staff member & Franchise Owner | Recruitment & Selection of staff |
Excessive Training & Development | Start-up marketing & advertising | Accounting & Admin system

Payment Structure on all of the above options (excl VAT):

• 50% with Signing of Franchise Agreement
• 30% before imported equipment on ship overseas
• 10% before Admin and Technical Training start date; approximately 6 weeks before operational date
• 10% before goods leave from Sparkling head office for final installation at outlet

When a Pre-Franchise Agreement is applicable which amount to be confirmed – fees payment (excl VAT):

20% of the Franchise price – Upfront fee is payable by the Potential Franchisee with the signing of the Pre-Franchise Agreement; the dedicated area is defined an allocated to the proposed franchisee

• 50% with Signing of Franchise Agreement

• 10% before Admin and Technical Training start date; approximately 6 weeks before operational date

Owner contribution

On all options the owner contribution is 40% (on average) of total franchise price depending on the personal financial status, terms and relationship with funders of the applicant as sourced by the applicant
